These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Carpet Maison and any purchases made through our platform. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Orders and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors.
3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. Your financial information is never stored on our servers.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping on orders over €500. Standard delivery times are 5–10 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
You may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display our carpets as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photography. Handcrafted carpets are unique and may have minor variations in pattern, size, and color, which are characteristics of their artisanal nature and not defects.
7. Limitation of Liability
Carpet Maison shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
