Yes. Every carpet in our collection is hand-knotted by master weavers in Iran, India, Afghanistan, or Kashmir. Each piece comes with provenance information and ships with a certificate of authenticity from our Hamburg office.

Absolutely. You have 30 days from delivery to return any carpet for a full refund. Return shipping within the EU is on us.

As a rule of thumb, the carpet should extend 30–60 cm beyond the edge of a sofa or bed on all visible sides. Our dimensions are listed in centimetres on every product page. If you'd like a personal recommendation, email a photo of the room to info@mohammadkhani.de and we'll suggest a couple of pieces.

• Vacuum gently every 1–2 weeks using a brush-less head
• Rotate the carpet a quarter turn every 3 months so wear settles evenly
• Blot spills immediately with a clean white cloth — never rub
• Plan for a professional hand-wash every 3–5 years

Each product page also lists care notes specific to the carpet's material (wool, silk, cotton, etc.).

Yes. All payments are processed by Mollie, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider regulated by the Dutch central bank. Your card details never touch our servers.
