Shipping & Returns

We ship from our Hamburg warehouse on the next business day after order confirmation.

• Within Germany: 2–4 business days
• Within the EU: 3–7 business days
• Express delivery: available on request — please contact us before placing the order

Larger carpets (over 4 m²) are sent on a pallet service and may take 1–2 extra working days.

You have 30 days from the day your carpet arrives to return it for a full refund, no questions asked.

A few things to know:

• The carpet must be returned in the same condition you received it — clean, undamaged, and with the original tag attached.
• Shipping costs for returns within the EU are covered by us.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the carpet arriving back in Hamburg.

We ship to most countries worldwide. For destinations outside the EU, additional customs duties and import taxes may apply at delivery — these are the buyer's responsibility and depend on your country's regulations.

Once your carpet ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link from our carrier (typically DHL or GLS). You can also see live status updates in My Account → Orders at any time.
